Really grateful that we met Kidd during our house hunting journey. We first met him when viewing one of his listings and honestly, we were quite impressed with the way he conducted the viewing and explained the house to us. In the end, the unit wasn't suitable for us so we didn't buy. But Kidd still took the time to share with us a lot about property buying and what we should look out for. We were quite impressed with his knowledge and the information he shared. As we also needed to sell our current house and upgrade, we decided to engage Kidd to help us with both our selling and buying. We did speak to a few agents before that, but Kidd was the only one who gave us a different view on the potential selling price of our unit. At first we were not sure, but in the end he really managed to sell our house at a price we didn't expect! Lucky we met him, if not we might have sold our house much earlier and at a lower price 😂 He also helped us to secure our dream home and managed the whole selling and buying timeline very well.
